I lived at Raintree long enough to see that the manager is a Black people hater and that the man leaser is --- and he hits on the Residents all the time at the pool. He hit on me one time and I put him in his place.They love to let all the crake heads in and then ----- about them. If you go in the office to ask about a work order or to pay rent you will see the managers boyfriend that is also a Resident there at Raintree sitting around eating and being Rude to everyone that comes in the office.If you need some work done go by the shop and if the maint boss is not to busy talking on his phone with his feet up on his desk or looking around for the border patrol you may get the workorder done. That only happens whin the main office from saltlake city is in town.Please dont rent there if you do you will have to put up with all this stuff and also live with a lot of folneys they let in when they need to rent up the place.
