I admit! Reading the previous reviews, some seem off the wall or extreme, but for the most part they're true! I've been here a few years, there's been drug crazed stabbings, gang related shootings, theft is uncontrollable, and basically no response from management! Small pets are allowed, but you seen Great Danes & Pitbulls walking around. Laundry room is "locked" but clothes are stolen... oh yea and there USED to be a change machine in there, but guess what...STOLEN TOO! Everytime it rains my bed is soaked, and work orders' Forget about them, Larry the maint. guy will only do your work order if you're an 18yr old chick. Otherwise you're put to the bottom of the list, and treated like a piece of dirt... whatever happend to Customer Service' Also, you better watch what day you go in the office, and hope it's a day when Shirley (the "manager") is in a good mood, otherwise you're not acknowledged, and if you are then you walk out with your head bitten off. From what i've seen and heard she likes to discriminate against age, and race. So if you're pretty and young, you're labled a "-----" and if you have any guests over, you must be a "drug dealer". Shirley's even dating one of the residents, any favoritism there''' My rent is always paid EARLY, and have never had any complaints, but this is how my hard earned money is appreciated''' I'LL TAKE MY BUISNESS ELSEWHERE! Just a little hint to any other current residents... don't even bother with the office, go right over they're head to their Corporate office and talk to Becky, she actually listens to whats going on and cracks the whip to her staff to get things done...CORRECTLY & UNBIASED!
