If you like living in a crack head neighborhood with a bad management this is the place for you! Very small and underkept living arangements, And lets not forget the favoristism that comes from the staff that works their. So raintree whatever you do so horribly keep it up cause your losing more and more tenants each and everyday u racists! It's kind of hard to get rid of drugs in the neighborhood when the some of the staff does it themselves. I knew i shouldn't have signed for a year. I've been getting flase complaints because the guy that hits on everybody ( name: rich) doesn't like me anymore. Unjust and unfair treatments once again. So good riddens raintree and i hope you go under!!! :D

This resident has used apartment rating to say things about Raintree that is unjust. The resident was ask to leave because of continually disruptive behavior and personal property damage. Its to bad people have to be so immature.We hope the best for this Resident in the furture.

Black people seem to think everyone's racist,they couldn't say the apartment sucks like everyone does...it had to be cause they're black,lol pathetic
