This is the worst place anyone could ever live. Here are the reasons why: First off you are paying about 550 dollars for 410 SQ FT. Its a shoe box. The management is rude, they actually neglected a leak in my apartment for 5 months! I had to call a health inspector to check for mold. You guessed it, I had been breathing mold for atleast 4 months he says. Did they fix it' No! Instead they let me out of my lease. But not while asking over 7 times for them to do so. They tried to charge me MY deposit for the LEAK! Can you believe that' They are charging me for something they neglected to begin with. This place is horrible. I am only being fair. Did I have any problems with my neighbors' Only my downstairs neighbors. They would always be bumping their loud annoying music at 3 in the AM! Every weekday. But wait it gets worse, a week after I moved in my car was broken into. And 4 days before I moved out my girlfriends car was broken into and her laptop amongst other valuables was stolen. Its a gated community with a 4 foot gate and walls. Anyone can jump that. Plus to make things even worse, their located next to an apartment complex which houses criminals of all types (self opinion sorry). Not to mention the dirtiest strip club in town (Raiders Reef) which is located just across the street. The management lost my payment twice in a row. Yet when I applied legal force they magically FOUND it. Doesnt that sound convinient. The reason I am moving out is because of the mold, bad service, shady management, stolen valuables out of my vehicles, and the new drug dealers which moved in next door. A new 70k dollar car coming in and out every day and weekend; if that doesnt sound suspicious I dont know what does. I dont want a lost bullet to find me so I am getting the hell out of this hell hole. For those of you brave enough to move into such a disaster, GOOD LUCK! I wish you all the best.
