Positive= There's a nice view, friendly staff, clean pool, gated parking with locked entry, doors lock after hours and weekends, elevator and stairs, good floor plans, sliding door on kitchen entrance, monthly news letter, large balconies, ceiling fans and a.c.
Negative= There's thin front doors, slow elevators, back stairs don't lead to lobby, sometimes noisy maintence repair, loud garbage pick up, not enough pool furniture, small washers, not enough washers or dryers, no washer/dryer hook ups, small trash shoot, too much trash in dumpsters, crowded parking lot with no guest parking, out-dated lobby, water sprinklers around ceiling for fires, some older fixtures, not enough outlets, bad kitchen tiles, ugly counter-top in living room, a.c. freezes over often, big pet fee and dep., downtown noises all hours. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
