Redondo Towers Stand Out From: wickedtao Date posted: 4/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I miss this place so much. I had a 800 sq ft one bedroom and for Tucson, that is unheard of and for the price I was paying (about $600, very affordable). Walls are thick, and views were spectacular and the balcony...wow, very nice. Being in the heart of downtown was nice. The downside is that it's a community entrance meaning if you ahve friends over you have to go all the way downstairs to let them in (hey watch Seinfeld and invest in an intercom and a buzzer to let them in). Yea, so besides that, the size of the place and it's cost greatly over empahasizes that one little problem. One problem I did come across was when I had to leave on short notice as was recalled to Active Duty, they made me pay the whole months rent even that I checked out on the 5th. I know that is "policy" but I just got involuntarily recalled. Kinda heartless I thought, since I never paid my rent late for the 4 years I lived there but oh well, maybe the manger was having a bad day, happens to all of us.
