We've lived here for over three years. The staff and office management is friendly and fosters a sense of community. Apartments are huge, if a bit dated. Unlike some other tenants, I have not had any ongoing problems with noise. The management is great about not putting up with tenants who are inconsiderate which leaves the Redondo a haven for tenants who want to live in a community of mostly consciencious people. They are quick to repair problems of which we've had few. It's an old building and plumbing problems do happen, but they are quick to try to fix them. I would definately recommend this place to single or coupled adults, but probably not to families with children unless they are comfortable with the urban oriented high rise life style. Great value for the money. Also, great choice for single women who want a safe secure environment as the building and pkg lot are locked and lighted nights and weekends. Most apartment complexes in Tucson don't offer this level of safety. My only criticism is that they could use a couple more washing machines in the laundry room. Small inconvenience for such a great place.
