Hammering at night, other sounds and LIGHTS at night. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Lately lot of young children seem to visit residents on weekends. They take over the barbecue area, run around the lobby and pee in the pool...and we have an adult resident, who casually blows snot from his nose into the water almost daily in summer. EWW! No more swimming for me. Hammering and banging inside and out. Some nights this goes on from about 8:30 till 4:30 a.m. and rather unpleasant. Hmmm, on the topic of noise, has anyone mentioned the noise of trains and fire engines we get here' The state is working on that infernal freeway and have to use bright lights, elevated so they can work OVERNIGHT. Even when they finish, there will still be moving highway light. There's absolutely nowhere to park when the manning house has a function. there are not enough assigned spots for all as it is. the rents keep rising in this old building, while the plumbing breaks down and floods the lobby or someone's apartment.
