Redondo Tower

 

I have been living at Redondo Tower for years now, and I absolutely love it.

I have very few complaints.

The apartments are extremely spacious, and majority of the community is very friendly.

The apartment manager is a great guy, who will definitely help you out if he can, and the maintenance people are nice as well.

I have never had any problems with any noisy neighbors, it's not one of those places where you hear "everyone's everything" so to speak.

For people to complain about trains and sirens and what not, what do they expect' They are CHOOSING to live right near train tracks.

You can hear the trains, but they personally don't bother me at all.

The building is older, so of course you are gonna have the occasional plumbing problem or something along those lines, but anytime that has happened, they fixed it quickly.

One of the elevators break down from time to time but what can ya do' My only pet peeve is that the parking is a problem here.

Although safe, there just isn't enough, and that's mainly due to cramped space being located downtown.

I feel safe in this apartment complex, which is a HUGE deal for me, they have a locked lobby and gated parking, mailboxes are located inside the lobby on the first floor and I've never had a problem with people stealing from me or anything being broken into.

It's a clean complex as well, both with landscaping and with interior housekeeping.

For the price and the space, with the location, you won't find anything that compares!!

I cannot stress how much the management are great though here.

That is definitely something I will miss terribly! If I weren't moving to another city, then I would definitely plan on staying at Redondo!!!
