When we rented at The Retreat, we thought we'd rented in an upscale community. Unfortunately, it's filled with students and singles with a smattering of young families throughout. There's not much insulation between units, so it's noisy if you're on the bottom floor. Maintenance is supurb! However, other than Robin (the Manager), the office staff is snotty and rude. I don't think I got my monies worth renting here...upscale it isn't.
