The girls in the office were always friendly to me and my family. As far as picking up your own parcels in the office goes, that's the way it was handled - even by previous management. Tenants had the opportunity to retrieve their own packages, thus eliminating the necessity of interupting staff and waiting on them. Tenants also had the opportunity to utlize the copier and fax by themselves, but when I had diffifulties I was always graciously assisted.

All maintenance issues were handled prompty and proffessionaly.

Noise was not an issue with the exception of a party one Saturday night. If people expect absolute quiet, perhaps apartment living is not for them.

Parking did SUCK (one spot very far away from my unit and guest parking was VERY limited). Aside from that, we enjoyed our time at the Retreat.
