We have been living at the Retreat for more than 2 years now. When we move in beginning of 2003, the management was good and it seemed to be a decent place to live.
After the change of the management, everything changed to the worse. The staff is no longer curteous and helpfull, but quite the contrary. The facilities are not well taken care of any more (pool has been down fore many weeks now without any attempts of fixing the problem. It is a green algae mess by now. Truly disgusting.).
We had packages been "lost" at the managment office, without the staff caring about that theft whatsoever.
In addition, our car got vandalized in the parking lot right in front of our apartment.

So we are really looking forward to moving out! It can only get better!
