Be aware! When prior to signing a lease, the girls are nice as can be, but after that, they could care less about their tenants. I have tried to contact the owner of the apartments, but the girls wont give me a number to reach them, which is understandable, but also they wont take a message for the property owner to return a call. Big shock, why would they shoot themselves in the foot like that'' Security is rude and has left obscene notes, and flipped my roommate off as he drove by. Parking is absolute hell. Only 1 parking space per apartment, and all the uncovered parking is on the other end of the property. They really expect tenants to walk 15 minutes to get to their apartment, or even worse, cut through the wash where who knows what is living there! I really like my apartment, but staff needs to be dealt with, and parking needs to be first come first serve. There are always empty covered spots, but its a gamble to take them, they will tow your car, or come pounding on your door late at night to move. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
