For one, everyone knows that the parking is horrific. Two, the whole "gated community" thing is not what it claims to be. Three, the pool is always closed and if it's not the heater is broken and nothing has been done to fix it. Four, the office staff are too wrapped up in their own personal lives to worry about keeping this place something along the lines of "luxury living". I would like to see the office as a more professional place, not a daycare and not a club for all your friends to hang out at. Five, this so called condo thing is a bust and even though it's not going to happen, so they say, they will not do any transfers. There are people that have been on a list since the beginning of the year to move into a different apartment and they are STILL waiting even though there are apartments sitting there vacant. I have to admit I really liked the place when I first arrived, but now I regret re-signing the lease. I will definitely move if things don't change soon.
