First and formost... the managment sucks! They are the most rude bunch of ladies I have ever come across.

Second, they lose your rent payments and then try to evict you for them losing your rent money. I was so mad, but I also heard this happened to many people.

Third, the parking sucks. Watch out for tickets because they lack the space for your cars and are more then happy to hand out the nasty orange tickets!

Fourth, the apartments are poorly put together. The walls have been painted so many times that the paint will fall off if you look at it the wrong way.

Fifth, the landscapers love to rise early oh say 5 a.m. I don't know about you, but I am still asleep at that time.

Sixth, don't have a pet or you will get a eviction notice because you don't walk your dog half a mile away to use the one and only one pet friendly spot. Even if you pick up after them they still come after you.

And last, don't try to get anything fixed after 3 p.m because the staff is getting ready to go home and the last thing they want to do is help you fix the refridgerator taht has stopped working.
