I have to start by saying that I disagree with most of the reviews on this website. For starters I never had a problem with the apartment staff, those girls were always very nice and helpful. Second, In my opinion the apartment I lived in was beautiful and very well taken care of by the maintanence staff. As far as the courtesy patrol is concerned he was always more than willing to help me with anything that I needed, and in the event he could not help resolve the situation he would direct me to who he thought could. I was very impressed with everything having to do with the property and would encourage anyone looking for a place to rent to consider The Retreat first.

This place ------- sucks, they took my deposit when I did my application and never gave it back when I didn't move in. The girls in front are nice but they dont know ----. Told me I had a criminal background and ------- didn't let me know til the week before I had to move in. I had to call to find this out. I dont know recommend anyone moving into this ---- hole.
