I currently live at this property and I have to say that I am increasingly dissatisfied with the service. I've been here 4 years and for the most part I have been satisfied. Its safe, clean, the apartment is nice. But the management has changed several times over the last few years and its increasingly worse. The newest management team will not honor some of the things that we were previously told. They staff is courteous and friendly but they always seem to be 'hanging out'. And when you really have a problem or issue they seem clueless as to how to solve it. The moment you do, they pass the buck, don't return your calls and then are less than apologetic when they make a mistake. For example:

Qwest is the only company that you are permitted to use if you live here. Which sucks. Qwest cable is horrible on this side of the property. And we should have been told it was our only option before we signed the lease.

When we first moved in we were given an apartment in the back of the property and were not told it was RIGHT NEXT TO a landfill. Every morning at 6 the noise starts and doesn't stop until 5pm.

I had to call them 6 times to remove a wasp nest from in front of our porch. My neighbor and I went out and bought a can of spray and did it ourselves.

Our refrigerator has broken down at least 5-6 times since we've lived here and its always at nite after closing and the poor maintenance guy (who's very nice) has to drive all the way from the other side of town to fix it. Why won't they just replace it'!

They claim to stay open til 5, but if you go there at 440 sometimes they are gone or closing up shop. VERY inconvenient when you are racing over there from work to pick up a package only to find they are taking an early weekend.

Once they deposited a check that was only supposed to be HELD as collateral for any damage for a party we had. My account went into a negative balance and they simply said the check wasn't labeled properly. Wow.

The new management is VERY cheap. They fired the former carpet cleaner company for a cheaper place and they cleaned our carpet and it stunk for two days.

Ew, I got some weird infection after going in the pool last year. I was at the ER and on antibiotics for a week. Then I notice that they padlocked the pool right after that. I asked the pool guy why it was shutdown and he said it wasn't properly cleaned. Would have been nice to know BEFORE I took a dip and got a e-coli infection in my hoo-hoo.

On the plus side I haven't had any security problems and its relatively peaceful. I've never had anyone steal my parking space. The security is not top notch (but I have yet to see any apt complex with REAL security); but he's the sweetest guy ever and he is diligent about patroling the area.

Wow. Now that I've added up all of our negatives, I'm wondering why we didn't move out sooner! lol! We'll be moving out when our lease is up in a few months.
