I'm here with the military, and we have been in these apartments maybe three months and are moving out this weekend. Our personal and government vehicles are constantly being vandalized. The apartments are fairly large, but in all the wrong places. Parking is terrible and typically full of morons who do not care about there own vehicles let alone our own. I have three new dents on my new vehicle that I just purchased three weeks ago....not to mention that even though the retreat is gated that it is not secure in the least. The gates can simply be pushed open. They seem to be there more to slow down the residents than to stop the thieves, and even the retreat refuses to take any responsibility for damages. $1,500 out of my own pocket due to damages done by illegals that pushed straight through the gates. They should at least have a security guard or two out here with all the break-ins that occur.
