We have lived here almost 15 months and I'm glad our lease is up in September. We were here before the new management, so our rent stayed the $795, for a 2 bed/2 bath. It's a nice place but, it's impossible to get out onto speedway, regardless going through the front or back. If you go through the back, be prepared to sit for 10 minutes at the light because you can't trigger it. The pool is heated which is nice in the winter, but it's also heated in the summer. OUr summers are hot enough without the heated pool. Maintenance people usually come quick, depending on how many people they have before you. They were fast when our roof was leaking (we live on the 2nd floor). Parking is ok, although, our covered spot is far from our apartments, which sucks when you go grocery shopping. Uncovered parking is very limited in the front of the complex, but there are lots of spots in the back of the complex. People park where they want too, even if it's not their spot. Other than that, this place is ok. I just wouldn't pay the $975 for the apartment we have.

The front staff seems kinda ditzy, they don't know what they are doing. Our complex is gated and they don't know how to program the key cards you need. Which sucks when you have 2 cars! They reset the box and deleted one of us (we have to same initials) so now one uses the key card and one uses her cell phone. They always make smart comments when you pick up packages based on what the box says. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
