THE MANAGEMENT AT THE RETREAT IS GREAT. THEY ARE HERE EVERYDAY WITH AN OPEN DOOR POLICY. THE GROUNDS ARE VERY NICE AND UPKEPT, I.E. LANDSCAPING, EXTERMINATOR EVERY WEEK, EVEN IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT IF REQUESTED. MAINTENANCE TECH ON THE GROUNDS EVERY DAY. THE GYM IS GREAT BEING ITS AVAILABLE 24-7. THE POOL IS LARGE AND OPEN FROM THE MORNING TILL 11PM EVERYDAY. {THE ONLY THING IS I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO LIVE BY THE POOL BECAUSE THE NIEGHBORS ARENT SO CURTIOUS TO FOLLOW THE RULES AND ITS NOISY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.} ITS FUNNY BECAUSE YOU CANT HEAR YOUR NEXT DOOR NIEGHBORS, BUT YOU CAN HERE THEM IN THE POOL. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, PERSONAL COVERED PARKING IS A PLUS, SOME OF THE PARKING IS GATED. THEY HAVE SECURITY SOMETIMES ON THE GROUNDS AT NIGHT.
