10-30-09 Parking is good for residents, but guests may find it difficult to gain accessable parking.

I have NEVER been bothered by excessive noise from residents or from guests!!!

The grounds are carefully manicured and on a regular basis. I enjoy the lovely plants and enjoy my walk to my vehicle while enjoying the environment. The pool area is most enjoyable and lovely to behold.

I feel very safe when I am out and about the complex and since there is ample lighting, I do not feel uncomfortable about coming in late at night.

The construction of the apartments is more than adequate to block out the outside sounds and to maitain a consistent temperature within. I feel very safe that the upstairs resident will not fall through the floor into my living area. The structure appears to be strong and sturdy in the strong winds that frequently hit this area.

Paco, the Maintenance person is very knowledgable and consistently gives impeccable service when dispatched to make repairs or do maintenance procedures. He is very friendly and treats the residents extremely well. He makes me feel very important and my needs are of utmost importance to him and to the administrators as a whole.

The staff are always very accomodating and courteous when we have reason to communicate.

Overall, I am very happy living here at the Retreat and find my apartment very attractive and comfortable and the surrounding buildings are well maintained and in very presentable appearance.
