I lived here for over a year, but I moved.
I can say that the over-all experience was good, but I had some issues with the complex.
The exterior, landscaping etc., is very nice.
The interior is nice as well, but I think they could spend a little more money on the cabinets and appliances.
When I moved in some of my cabinets were falling apart.
The pool & community room are nice as well.
BUT & it is a big BUT--I HAD MY CAR STOLEN FROM THIS COMPLEX, and it was never recovered.
So there is little security here.
I also heard of a person being shot by the mailboxes after I moved out.
I think the rent is very high for the quality of the interior that you get.
