Absolutely Horrible! Toxic!

This was a great place to live the first ten months, but when it came time to renew my lease MAJOR problems came up! The apartment suddenly had cigarette smoke and sewer gas odors overwhelming the place multiple times a day.

When this problem was reported the maintenance crew came out, looked around and said that they smelled it but could not figure out where it was coming from and there was nothing that they could do.

When I contacted the manager she claimed that the maintenance crew said they smelled nothing.

The manager told me that it was impossible for these smells to be occurring and that I must be making it up, and then refused to speak to me any further.

She was horrible and completely unprofessional.

They have major management and communication problems.

I would never recommend this place to anyone and warn anyone who is even considering the place!
