ANTS! And rude community. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   There is a major ant problem in this complex. They are in apartments on all floors during every season. They are in the kitchen, the bathroom, the closets, everywhere, no matter how clean you keep your apartment. There is trash everywhere, not because management doesn't clean up, but because residents keep littering the grounds faster than maintenance can clean. Say "hi" to your neighbors and they just stare back at you. Management is unflexible and unhelpful. Noise is a huge problem.
