Bad parking, month-to-month rip off.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Sort of bait and switch.
Seemed to be common around Tucson.
Low-ball price, but the mandatory w/d is $30/mo.
Then a reserved parking space is $15/mo.
A lot of folks don't go for this rip off, so there is no guest parking and a lot of the covered parking sits empty.
At the end of the 6 mo.
lease it was $10 more per mo.
to renew for a year or another $75 per mo.
to go mo.
to mo.
Not atypical for Tucson.
Clubhouse almost never open.
Only used for Amway type parties.
