I am 52 yr old, a teacher, responsible pet owner of a dog 14 yr. old. I have rented the past 10 years at various locations in Tucson. I have never in my whole life been refused my pet deposit. First of all, I moved in 10 mo. ago, only really lived there for 5 mo. with their new carpeting, they sayl. I moved a 2 bedroom house into a 1 bedroom unit. There were boxes still unpacked, only a pathway through my apt. as to which was a 12'X18" carpet in living room, with NO STAINS, NO RUG LINES FROM EXTREME CARPET DAMAGE. THEY ARE LIARS, MY APARTMENT WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN I MOVED IN,. I RENTED A PROFESSIONAL STEAM CLEANER, AS I ALWAYS DO UPON ANY MOVE OUT AND THE CARPETS WERE BEAUTIFUL. MY PET HAD MAYBE 2 ACCIDENTS, THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE. I AM A VERY MORAL PERSON AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY. SHAME ON RIDGEPOINTE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH CRUEL MANAGEMENT. THEY EVEN LISTED MY MOVE OUT REASON-MONEY PROBLEM-THIS IS ONE MORE LIE=I AM LIVING WITH MY NEW HUSBAND. SHAME ON YOU MARIA.
