My roommate decided to contact the management company, and spoke to a lady who promised to get back with him on results. That never happened. When he did try to contact her back (after several attempts), she responded that they had beefed up "courtesy patrol" from 3 nights a week to 4 (I have not seen nor heard from courtesy patrol since 11/09). She also suggested that if we are not happy, we should probably break our lease and pay a fee and go somewhere else. Nice freaking management. I wish I could tell her to go someplace else!
