I HAVE BEEN HERE 4 2 YRS THE 1ST YEAR WAS OK UNTIL MY BOYFRIENDS CAR GOT STOLEN AND THE APTS DIDNT GIVE A RATS BUTT THEY SAID OH WOW WEVE NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN HERE(FREAKEN LIERS). WE MOVED IN2 A 2 BED AND HATE IT MY DAUGHTERS WALL HAD A LEAK AND SOAKD HER ROOM THEY HAD TO TEAR DWN THE WALL AND PUT PLASTIC BAGS OVER IT UNTIL THEY COULD FIX IT ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER SHE WAS SCARED TO SLLEP IN HER ROOM. AGAIN SHE HAD A LEAK UNDER BATHRM SINK CARPET SOAKED. ALL APPLIANCES OLD AS HELL, STAINED COUNTERS, PAINT ON NEW CARPET, HORRIBLE CARPET JOB NOT EVEN TACKED DWN RITE, ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE NOT SEALED SO 4GET TURNING HEAT OR AIR ON OUR ELECTRIC BILL HAS BEEN OVER 300 A FEW TIMES AND WE ARE NEVER HOME, DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE CUZ PEOPLE 2 LAZY 2 PICK IT UP, THE PIPES ARE SO DAM OLD THEY STINK, OMG AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE FREAKEN PARKING THERE AINT NONE AND THE PARKING SPOT THEY GIVE U IS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF WHERE U LIVE, THEY HAVE ONE LOUSY GATE THATS LOCKED COME ON MARIA KING WHATS THAT GONNA DO, THEY PROMISE U A MOVE IN GIFT YEA RITE THAT WAS 2 YRS AGO HAVNT SEEN IT YET(SCAM), THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE A-HOLES THEY DONT CARE BOUT U UR BELONGINGS OR ANYTHING ALL THEY WANT IS THAT MONEY(GREEDY), THE ONLY GOOD PERSON IN THAT OFFICE WAS RHONDA BUT SHE NO LONGER WORKS THERE(:() MARIA IS THE WORST MANAGER IT IS NOT HSL CUZ IVE LIVED IN SUM OF THEIR OTHER PROPERTIES AND THEY WERE GREAT IT IS THE MANAGER, I WOULD NEVER WISH THIS KIND OF LIVING ON ANYONE PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THESE APTS U WILL REGRET IT. AND COME ON THE PRICES U GOT TO BE KIDING ME 920.00 ID RATHER LIVE IN A CARD BORD BOX. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE NEIGHBORS AND THE FREE CABLE BASICLLY THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMD

i dont agree. i have lived here for almost two years and have no problems. i really believe it is just the apartment you get. i have all brand new appliances and very nice carpet, the only bad thing is the paint job. it is on the wood around the back of the living room area, and on the mirrored closet doors. all of my maintenence problems have always been solved in an axcellent manner. never had a problem with the cars. a car parked right next to me got broken into about 7 months ago but other then that, nothing. and im not sure what you are being charged for... i have 2 bedroom 2 bath and washer dryer, covered parking and top floor and i pay 865. but then again, i guess its just the unit and the time you moved in. and i actually got my move in presents....when i moved in and when we renewed our lease. i got a really nice paper shredder and 50 dollars to a department store. so, needless to say, i am pleased with ridgepointe and the staff. just depends on the person, bad luck i guess.

I've lived here for 3 months, and sadly, I have found this users post to be all truth! I won't be renewing my lease.
