I just recently moved out of Ridgepointe because of the horrible service for the overpriced apartment. We had ants, the ceilings leaked in several places, my roommate's car was broken into, our A/C broke on several occasions and we also had a huge tree fall on our balcony. We only lived there for 6 months. Getting out of there was well worth the lease break fee.

I could not agree with you more. My roommates car was also broken into, radio stolen. Ive lived in three different apartments and TWO have leaked in numerous locations. I too have had ants, mold and the WORST odor from the LAUNDRY room move in with me. Management is a joke, maintaince is even worse. I pay $800.0 a month, A MONTH, for a one bedroom with a den! On the bright side, they do pay for basic extended cable. :-D Well worth the crap I get.

i have lived here for awhile now years and think it is an excellent place. the attitude of the management completely depends on what u put into it. they can be very touchy, but also very nice if u approach them the right way. neither one of our cars have ever been broken into, and my apartment is gorgeous. i have all new appliances and i pay the xtra money so i wont have to deal with a laundry mat...come one its only 30 bucks. i have had an ant problem just one summer when it rained hard, and i am not on the bottom floor so if they want in they will find a way. throw some traps down. the maintenence is friendly and have worked here for years. they always do things immediately. i wont always say perfectly but they do try. u try to please about 200 people a day. especially people that wont put in the time to stay here long enough to give it a chance and fix the problems they have. if u yell at them all the time and always have a problem what will they do for you? i think ridgepointe is an excellent place to live on the east side....just wish i had a garage from the heat...and an elevator!!! :) hope u guys find somewhere u like.
