I have lived here for a year with out any major problems. Sure, sometimes there isn't an extra parking space right next to the unit, but there is always parking. The units and landscape are well kept and the staff has been friendly. The neighbors can be heard only on occasion. I have always felt safe here, but it is still Tucson--lock your doors and don't leave anything valuable in your car (the surrounding neighborhood is a pretty sketch). Overall, though, this was a good place to live.
