I toured Ridgepointe recently and the apartment looked really nice. Nick in the office was WONDERFUL. He was really nice and helpful. The few residents I walked past while touring seemed really nice and friendly. It was pretty nicely landscaped (A LOT better than some of the other places Ive toured in Tuscon). I LOVE that there is washer/dryer in the apartment! (So hard to find places with the W/D in them)
The cupboards and appliances seemed a little outdated, but still workable.
Over all, it seems like it could be a nice place to live.
