unhappy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   i moved into this apartment complex a yearr ago thinking it would be safe for my family and i to live in. the apartment management people are going down hill. they dont notify their residents if the air conditioner unit is broken or if anything ids going on. they said they would up security and they havent. the maitnece crew doesnt come to the apartments for days after making a request and sometimes they dont come untill you complain about the problem sevral times. they dont keep the pools clean and the laundry rooms vending machines are always busted, and the construction in the area is alwful. they say they are trying to keep rio vista in good shape..but its just falling down hill...
