Bad service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Office staff at the time was crap...told them the apt smelled of cat urine and was told it would be fixed. They cleaned the carpet twice and still charged me for damaged carpet after i moved out. To top it off, they sent it straight to a collection agency who called me within days of receiving my information (Rio Vista said they couldn't find me...bull****!)
