Respected tenent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived at Rio Vista Apartments for some years now and have never regreted my decision to move in. The staff are supportive, attentive, and professional. Requests for repairs, or even just AC filter or light bulb replacement, are handled efficiently and courteously. The grounds are well maintained and the tenents respect each other in regard to pet waste clean-up and disposal. I have never been bothered by another tenent's loud music, TV, or parties. We now have a neighborhood watch committee approved by local law enforcement, which improves safety. The apartments are large and comfortable with plenty of storage and all of the modern conveniences.
