happy resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I'm a grad student, and I really like living here. Maintenance is unmatched compared to anywhere I've ever lived. They have always arrived within 24 hours of my complaint. If they can't fix something, they'll replace it. I got a dog while living here, and they were more than happy to accomodate me and update my lease. Security could be better (a friend's truck got broken into), but we recently started a neighborhood watch program. The leasing office offered everyone low-price clubs for our vehicles to create a safer environment. The apt was really clean when I moved in, give or take normal wear and tear. Overall, it is pretty quiet here. Noise has never been a problem. The location is great.
