Not a good place to live

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I move here beginning of Novermber with my boyfriend who had lived here for 2 years. Everything was fine for him. But the A/C, they may say its free, but we still pay for the fan that blows in the apartment. So, we're really actually paying for the A/c. The til on our shower fell off, with moldy wood behind it. It was discgusting and took maintenance 3 weeks to fix it!! The staff is rude, especially when we said we wanted to move out. The girl was very short with us, yawning, and very VERY rude. Great location, but not so great service. And the apartments are old and worn down.
