One word sums this complex up......AWFUL!!! The management turn-over is questionable to say the least, FOUR different managers in the last eight months and that's mostly because the ones that leave dislike the place so much themselves!!! The facilities are continually breaking down and it takes weeks for them to be repaired. The pool is a prime example, continually dirty as the filter is forever breaking down. Pool repairs average about once a week. The sauna has for as long as I've been here, never been cleaned or inspected. The wooden floor is dangerous and has been in need of repair for at least a year. I have tripped up on several occassions when walking in there and have just given up telling management about it. I simply just don't bother using it anymore! The office is often closed without prior notification to residents, hence if your rent is due and you can't pay it because the office was unstaffed/closed you will be penalised with a late fee of $25.00 - I'm currently checking the legality of that! Their 24/7 maintenance is more like - "whenever we get around to it" maintenance. Noise levels during the fall/spring are totally unacceptable what with students having pool parties well into the early hours (up to 4.00am sometimes!) yet management do NOTHING about it! All in all a very disappointing complex and not worth the hassles that residency entails. We are leaving, we have had enough!!!!
