Bad management and no customer service skills

I have lived at this place for 4 years with the promise that things will be better. First there was a problem with poor lighting so watch out and walk with your mace in hand. Second of all, their office is never open even though they claim that they work from 9-5pm. As for their laundry room, a card needs to be used but unfortunately to do the laundry you need to parade in front of the office until someone can allow you to purchase a card in order to do the laundry. So you can imagine if you do not show up when they are in, you basically cannot do any laundry. Finally parking is a nightmare, your vehicle can be broken into, stolen, damaged and they claim that they are not responsible even though you pay them a hefty sum for rent, rental insurance and now have to pay your own utilities. Now that they are trying to make the outside look decent by repainting and advertising their different gimmicks, be aware that management sucks and basically don't care. Save yourself some money and peace of mind and find some other decent place to live. I finally have.
P.S. Don't forget the hoodlums running around at night and the police cars always in the parking lot due to domestic violence problems. Bottom line, if you value peace go elsewhere
