I lived here six years ago for only a month with my mom and sister. We had just moved to Tucson and were in the process of finding a house. We just needed somewhere to stay for a short time and this is what my mom chose.

Overall, it wasn't too bad, but the air conditioning in our apartment was broken for nearly a week before it got fixed and they only let us stay in the model apartment for a night.

My mom worked nights so while she was away we kept a chair pushed in front of the door because the people below us were really creepy. One day, while my mom was asleep, or out of the apartment, I don't remember which, one of the people from downstairs knocked on our door. Thinking it was the manager to fix the air conditioning, I opened the door to find a guy who looked like a pedophile standing there. He didn't say anything to us and so my sister and I closed the door and hid (we were just 10 and 14).

Until our last week there, the pool was clean and we could swim everyday. During that last week, the pool was clogged and dirty.

The gym room was laughable at best and nothing in there worked.

I remember my mom having trouble with the manager at the time, who I'm sure has since left.

Overall, this is a decent place to stay for short period of time, but don't stay here longer than you have to.

ha, maybe I live in the apartment you used to live in because we also had creepy neighbors below who thankfully MOVED OUT!. I have much better neighbors now and it appears that management is improving as well. I agree that the gym room is still laughable with broken equipment though.
