Great place to live. Employees are always helpful. Grounds are routinely landscaped. Maintenance is fast and fixes things the right way the first time. They don't landscape in the early mornings (like some other places). The apartments are great. We have a window on our roof that gives our apartment natural lighting. Most second story apartments are like that. You can rarely hear other neighbors. Community is quiet and keep to themselves. The pool area is always clean and if there are ever late visitors, they're always quiet. The gym is open 24 hours which is great, if you like to work out alone. The office is always open, except during lunch, and they fix whatever issue you have the first time.

well then a lot has changed since you wrote this, which still doesn't make sense cause i have lived here since '07 the landscapers are UBER noisy, they come at 6 am, the walls are PAPER thin so unless your living next to a monk you can hear everything. the community is 70% children who are VERY loud and rambunctious, the pool is rarley in service during the swimming months and if it is there are billions of kids just waiting to ruin it again. your review was just too generic and overly positive, are you one of the owners or what??
