great floor plan with balcony or Patio. larg closets. We loved the Kitchen and Storage room also

This is the same address as Tierra Rica Apartments which got HORRIBLE reviews!!! What's the deal?!! I encourage everyone to look at the reviews for tierra rica and make sure that's not what these apts are before renting here. I googled it because of the phone number not working and the address comes up as Tierra Rica! Do your research and just look at the reviews please!
