I have mixed feelings about Royal Palms

I like that there is no lease,and the A/C is free.

I am on the east side, an auto repair shop across the road is very noisy in the mornings.

My apartment lacks adequate insulation for the second floor..

can hear the dogs upstairs walking in the hall, closet doors closing, yelling, TV.

Rooms are nice sized,but the sinks and oversized tub are old and worn, grey not white.

Cabinets in kitchen are warm (from the water heater'), so food or dishes stored there are 100 degrees.

Shower head is 5ft tall, have to crouch to wash hair.
