I lived here for about 7 months. It was month to month, no lease. AC/heater were free. I lived on 2nd floor. The cabnets were HOT!!!! Had to keep food on lower cabnets just to keep from spoiling. It was a nice size apt. but carpets needed to be replaced. There were no windows in the living room/kitchen to open up just a front door. The windows that were on the front of building got so hot, melted the blinds. The heater was kept on until mid summer, So apt got really hot. The manager that was there when I lived there was VERY MEAN!!!! Paper thin walls, could hear the people next door, below us and behind us very well. Tv, dogs, doors closing ect. There was a shop on the side of us. That shop liked keeping the raido playing over the intercom to deter intruders, you could hear that inside your apt with all windows/doors closed. Saftey was nice when I was there. Everyone looked out for each other it seemed. (or at least that's what it looked like to me) With the ac/heat you didn't have control on which one you wanted. Apt manager would have to turn boiler off durning the hotter parts of the year so you only had the choice of heat then, no ac. Vice versa when it was off.. only had choice of AC no heat. I'd recommend if you knew you were going to not be there long, if it was only temp until you finded a new apt/home. By the way up front talk to the manager, there was a waiting list months before i could move in to the apt. And you had to pay 1st months and last months rent before you could move in. And then on top of that your next months rent was due ON the last day of that month. Our rent was 470 a month. (so in the first month living there you need to have right around $1410 dollars available just to move in and cover the rent) mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
