There are new owners & new management since October 1, 2004. They have definitely changed the property and bringing it back up to par! The new staff knows what they're doing and they are sincere in taking care of problems present and ones that weren't taken care of by previous management companies that failed. It is like night and day...the property looks great and is on the up and up. There are still on-going projects, but I'd rather them be fixing up the place then just letting it go like past owners and management has. This is definitely worth your time!
