About a year ago, I read some bad reviews, but was eventually convinced by the office that the reviews were lies. Now I see that the only liars are the people in the office. Here's why:
1. The complex is loud, messy, and people are always taking your assigned parking space.
2. The office is run by nineteeen to twenty-something's who are not only rude, they have no idea what they are doing.
3. The apartments have very shoddy features and are falling apart.
4. None of my neighbors like living here, and I have yet to find one who wants to renew. The good reviews on this site could not possibly be from residents, they must have been written by the office staff themselves. I happen to know that they monitor this site constantly because they know how awful this community is.
Do yourself a favor, if you are a decent person, and enjoy a peaceful, quiet life, and the finer things: LOOK ESLEWHERE!!!!

You have no idea. it must've changed sunce you lived there because now, the place is spotless, all the apartments are newly renovated, noone EVER takes my parking spot and every problem has been resolved, or fixed within an hour of me bringing it to their attention AND I WASN'T CHARGED A CENT. the staff is very polite and work with you and what you can afford i give it 5 stars, im now entering my 2nd lease with them, as is my friend and we all are 100% satisfied with everything we have seen heard and been through here.
