I lived here in 2003 when it was Quail and Thistle. Back then I was paying 670 for a 2bed,2 bath. They were undergoing some changes as far as staffing went but I never had to deal with them at all. My floor was all wood except for the bedrooms, and the kitchen had tile counter tops. We had problems with an old noisy fridge, but they replaced it with no problem with a new, huge fridge! The washer and dryer are not full sized, but it certainly is better than having to go to a laundry mat for that. Rooms are small, but the master bed has a cool bathroom. They have afterhours security you can call, which is so great. The grounds can be messy in the fall, but hey! It's leaves. deal with it. I used the pool once. It's small. They have a rec room where you can play pool. Walgreens was right across from us, and we were right adjacent to the Circle K, so at night it was a headache but we lived on the second floor. I had to hear the late night partiers, and loud blasting of their car sterios, and the frequent drag racers that like to race along sabino canyon road...but They offered to keep my rent the same price if I wanted to stay for the inconvenience of the noise, even after they raised the prices when our lease was up. Not many management will do that!! for the quality of the Elementary school, Canyon View, I would live here any day. The school is wonderful, one of the best my kid has ever been to. The class sizes are small, and have caring staff and teachers. If you are a parent and want to live somewhere where you know your child will get the best education, i recommend renting here if you can't get a home. This place is more family oriented then most in AZ.
As for sex offenders, it's not likely they live here, because they do full criminal background checks before you move in and if you feel like there is one living in your complex, let the manager know. If they don't help, call your police department! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
