I lived there for a year and moved out as soon as soon as my lease was over. First they made a hassle about my family visiting me from a different country and wanted social security numbers from them (you don't get that if you're a visitor), the noise would regularly wake me up at 6-7 o'clock in the morning because they were doing their "complex improvement projects". The apartments are old, air conditioning is loud, old and so energy inefficient that your summer electric bill will give you a heart attack, and lastly they will find 100 things wrong with your apartment after you move out just so that they can keep your deposit. They told me I damaged the counter tops - they were damaged from the beginning and at the end they charged me to replace them. So cheap. I would seriously stay away from that place.
