Saddle Ridge Apartments

A bunch of crooks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I applied to the apartments and was initially accepted with no problem. However, two hours later, they called back and said they made a mistake in running my credit report, stating the income they originally entered was too high and that upon rerunning my credit with proper income numbers, my resulting FICO score was too low. This is a bunch of crap since income levels have absolutely nothing to do with credit scores. When I asked for a copy of the report or at least what it said, I was told they don't provide that information to their applicants. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am entitled to that report but, apparently, management at Saddle Ridge are above the law (or are so ignorant they are unaware of it). I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau over the matter since they certainly didn't have a problem cashing my $40 application check. DON'T RENT FROM THESE CROOKS.
