One word: LIARS!!! They overestimate occupancy, safety, and concern for occupants. The units are junk--my A/C went out 4 times one summer before it was properly fixed and the hot water heater either scalds or freezes. This problem has never been solved. The walls have begun to crack and the windows shake due to the loud music being played at all hours of the day and night. For the most part the neighbors are cordial, but we have our share of shady characters. I can personally name certain units that reek of marijuana whenever the windows are opened or the occupants are outside; and one of them belongs to an employee of the complex. I'll spare the reader the details of what goes on in the pool areas after hours. This is only the tip of the iceberg; there are so many aspects of this place that would shock even the most cynical people. I have more than 6 hours of video to back up my statements, and I would be more than willing to share them with anyone who doubts me. Fights, drunken parties, parking lot racing -- it's all in there. So, why do I stay' Because the rent is reasonable, and I'm within walking distance of my job.

my husband wants our family to move there but it just seems off to me, i would like to see that video if you still have it

same here I want to see the video Thinking of moving from out of state..I thought North west,foothills and Oro valley were the best of tucson so our kids could go to great schools. HELP! What are the good areas then???
