RENT HAS GONE UP & WILL JUMP UP AGAIN (A SUBSTANCIALE AMOUNT) NEW PAINT JOB & NEW SIGN WONT CHANGE THE "TRAILER PARK" TYPE RENTER. POLICE DRIVE BYS ARE A REGULAR OCCURENCE.
